Police narra le vicende della divisione speciale di polizia di Mega-Tokyo, creata per controllare i Boomer impazziti nella città. L'ufficiale dell'A.D. Police Kenji Sasaki si trova di fronte a un grave dilemma: ha appena perso un altro partner per mano di un boomer rabbioso.
